Return & Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns due to hygiene issues. If you have received a damaged product, do take a picture of it as proof and send them to our email email@example.com and we can fix the SAME piece for you. A new piece will not be provided for STRICT HYGIENE PURPOSES ONLY. This, of course, is valid only if you let us know on the day of delivery, and not a day after or more.
Due to strict hygiene issues, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURN, EXCHANGES OR PROVIDE REFUNDS.
If you have received a damaged product, we will fix the same for you. The customer will be responsible for packaging the product and shipping it to the factory at their own cost.
